PATTERN for the Fowl Weather Owl Cowl.
This is an intermediate level pattern, but if you know how to cable, this will be a breeze. If you are new to cables, this is a good first project.
This cowl is knit in a super bulky (size 6) weight yarn, and works up fast! It is knit back and forth in rows, and then seamed down the side, but it could easily be modified to knit in the round.
Pattern calls for size US 15 needles.
